Message	99% of the morons who cannot drive and have shitty brakes/tires etc...are in SUV's made for rock hopping. which also means they can cruise over a speed bump at 50 mph with 2 nice thumps and keep on goin like nothing ever happened...totally useless in this day and age, for it to be useful against SUV's it would have to be tall enough that cars can't go over it
